Dr. Andrews’ career spans nearly four decades as a technology engineer, cybersecurity adviser, executive, author, researcher, and social justice entrepreneur, and his work has taken him to over 40 countries. His doctoral research at Teachers College Columbia found that critical thinking skills thrive in environments that support five essential elements in the mind of a critical thinker. He was inspired to develop The BeST Framework to address the disconnect between an organizational mission to outcomes.   He works as an author with Pluralsight. One of his favorite musicians also happens to be one of his favorite people - his daughter.
